Shoulder injuries - major types briefly explained by Dr. Raman Kant Aggarwal

Shoulder dislocation is one of the most common shoulder injuries. When we keep our hand straight at 90-degree angle, our shoulder bears 10 times the weight of our arm. When we are throwing a ball, 50% of our body weight is on shoulder and similarly while playing badminton or tennis if even one ligament fails, the shoulder ball can rotate 7000 revolution in a minute. Second injury slab tear happens mostly while playing racket sport. Third injury is rotator cuff tear.
