Tendon Injuries of Shoulder - Early Signs and Symptoms
Of the people above 50 years of age, at least 20% have Rotator Cuff Problem. The most common muscle and tendon injuries in the shoulder are:
- - Rotator Cuff Tendinitis
- - Shoulder Bursitis
- - Shoulder Impingement Syndrome
- - Rotator Cuff Tears
Tendonitis is a condition of inflammation in shoulder tendons. It is the inflammation of bursae, or in the fluid-filled sacs which act as cushions within joints. The common symptoms are pain, stiffness, swelling, and limited range of motion. Patients with tendonitis may also experience or hear a cracking or clicking sound when they move their joints.
